Zoom Bar

	The Zoom Bar can be used in lieu of the Zoom In and Zoom Out toolbox buttons.  The user can quickly navigate to particular predefined scales.  To determine the set scales move the mouse over the different scales and a tooltip will appear displaying the scale.  The user can also click on the (+) and (-) symbols located at the ends of the zoom bar to go up or down one predefined zoom level.
